RIFOX was founded in February 1949 by Hans E. Richter.Our company manufactures a wide range of standard products within the four most applicable steam trap systems which solve all operational problems that might arise in this sector.
RIFOX has over the years achieved a high grade of technological experience in the steam trap sector for high pressure and aggressive media.

RIFOX developed and patented the most important part of "Rifomat exact control", years ago, described as "Rotary Slide Valve". This has only one movable element to its advantage. The products of RIFOX, due to this fact, last extremely longer and are almost maintainance-free. It occurs that RIFOX traps operate over decades without operational disturbance.

Most of the products can be delivered in stainless steel of various qualities and for specific requirements. These are NIRO 1.4571, 1.4581, 1.4552, Hastelloy C4, Duplex 1.4462 and Titanium.
